Lemon flavour effervescent electrolyte tablets.
A zero-calorie effervescent mineral salt tablet designed to support hydration during training and competition. Each 4.5 g tablet provides sodium, chloride, potassium and magnesium, helping to replace electrolytes lost through sweat.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
4.5 g tablet: Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water. Take during exercise and repeat during long-duration or high-sweat efforts if required. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 4 tablets. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
INGREDIENTS
Acidulant (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium acid carbonate), sodium citrate, potassium chloride, bulking agent (sorbitol), sodium chloride, starch, natural citrus flavouring, sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia), natural flavouring, magnesium oxide, colouring, colouring (riboflavin-5-phosphate).
