Isolate Protein is an ultra-filtered, high-purity milk whey isolate and so retains the biological characteristics of whey peptides. This provides a shake with a high protein value, very low in fats, in carbohydrates and in sugars.
Each dose provides 110 Kcal, around 25g of protein, only 3g of carbohydrates and 0.2 g of sugar. It is also low in lactose, to a percentage below 1%.
Isolate Protein provides us with adequate protein intake, perfect for taking before or after exercise, since at those times muscles absorb a larger amount of protein for repairing themselves thanks to a phenomenon denominated metabolic window, facilitating muscle recovery as small muscle damage is repaired, preparing the muscles for training on subsequent days.
Isolate Protein contributes to:
- Increasing muscle mass.
- Retaining muscle mass.
- Maintaining bones in normal condition.
Available in two flavours and in a one-kg doypack format:
- Chocolate: chocolate-flavoured with powdered cocoa.
- Vainilla Custard: vanilla-flavoured with a touch of cinnamon.
